Army invites more vendors into IFPC interceptor demonstrations

The Army will continue development with Lockheed Martin and the Boeing–Anduril team while offering another path for potential suppliers, officials told Breaking Defense. The new opportunity is aimed at firms willing to continue investing in their designs.

This is an invitation to compete, not a production award. Officials also flagged uncertainty over the 2027 budget and the funding needed to sustain procurement commitments.
