The European Defence Agency said the latest review of Permanent Structured Cooperation shows more of its 74 multinational projects entering procurement or delivery. Mine-countermeasure and semi-autonomous surface-vessel efforts are nearing procurement, while programs linked with OCCAR include the European Patrol Corvette, Eurodrone, ESSOR communications and an anti-torpedo system.

EDA also reports that 30 PESCO projects connect with European Defence Fund programs, whose industrial consortia can receive a 10% funding bonus for that linkage. The report measures program progress and cooperation; it does not mean every project has completed procurement, met schedule or reached operational service.
