Defence Industry Europe reported that HII increased the Pocasset site's manufacturing area from 40,000 to 50,000 square feet. Lionfish, a small unmanned underwater vehicle derived from the commercial REMUS 300, is already in production for the US Navy, while the campus will also support REMUS 620 and ROMULUS work.

HII plans to bring Odyssey autonomy software, simulation, modeling and autonomy hardware integration together at the expanded facility. The company said the site employs about 300 people, added 50 staff in 2026, and has delivered more than 750 REMUS vehicles to customers in over 30 countries.
