Space Cargo has signed a mission agreement to use SpaceX's Starfall reentry capsule, Reuters reported on September 15. The Luxembourg company says its BentoBox payload system will fly on a planned 2028 Starship mission and can hold up to one tonne of customer payloads.
The proposed mission targets materials and life-science work performed in microgravity. It remains a future plan: Starship is still in development, the 2028 schedule may change and neither company disclosed pricing. Reuters corrected its report to describe Space Cargo as Starfall's first European customer, not its first customer overall.
