Defence Industry Europe reported that the award covers depot repairs, parts supply, field support and management of the AH-64 airframe supply chain. The arrangement pays for sustainment performance, including material availability and shorter repair times, rather than purchasing each service separately.
The support network spans more than 80 suppliers and 480 parts, with Boeing also responsible for supply-and-return infrastructure, condition-tracking tools and logistics representatives alongside Army units. Work is scheduled in Mesa, Arizona, through 2029.
